Director of Development
Full time (37.5 hours a week)
£71,566-£80,525 (Grade 10), plus Oxford Weighting Allowance (currently £1,530)
Fixed term (four years, renewable subject to funding)
We are seeking a Director of Development with a proven track record of success to lead Harris Manchester's efforts, alongside our Principal, to secure sustainable philanthropic income that will enable the College to meet its strategic priorities. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing a successful fundraising strategy, managing a fundraising team, and developing and overseeing an alumni engagement strategy.

Welfare, Wellbeing and EDI Lead
Part-time (0.5 FTE: 18.75 hours a week)
£43,482-£46,049, plus Oxford Weighting Allowance (currently £1,530) pro rata
Fixed term (3 years)
The successful candidate will lead on welfare and wellbeing provision in the College by providing welfare support to the College’s students and staff, by developing and implementing proactive strategies to support wellbeing and resilience, and by fostering and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of college life.
Working closely with the Academic Administrator and Tutor for Admissions of the College, the Chaplain and Welfare Dean and the HR Manager, the Welfare, Wellbeing and EDI Lead will provide a robust welfare support programme for students and for staff, and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within the College's community.
