Assistant Junior Dean
Variable hours depending on agreed shift pattern
£3,000 pa paid termly in equal instalments
Fixed term (January 2027 to September 2027)
The Assistant Junior Dean supports the Junior Dean to promote good relations and a positive atmosphere within the College by contributing to the College’s pastoral and welfare provision, alongside maintaining discipline, and enforcing College rules and regulations where necessary.
This role will also support the Bursar and the Domestic Bursar to ensure the security and safety of the College (including fire safety).

Interim Hall Steward
37.5 hours per week – weekend cover (term time)
£30,600 pa, including Oxford Weighting Allowance
Fixed term (six-month contract)
We are seeking an Interim Hall Steward to deliver excellent service to students, staff, fellows, and guests, while maintaining a professional and positive image.
The role mainly involves food service in the Hall and across College areas, ensuring high standards of customer service, presentation, cleanliness, food hygiene, and allergen management. This includes clearly communicating dietary information and following College procedures and food safety regulations. The post holder will work independently when required and support junior team members during service and events. Duties include preparing and serving meals, setting and clearing tables, assisting with formal dinners, conferences, and events, and providing refreshments for meetings.

We are seeking casual housekeeping staff to work from mid-June to the end of September to cover our busy conference period.
The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance of bedrooms to the required standard as instructed by the Housekeeper/ Accommodation Manager or Supervisor and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
